    How many elves does each kit accommodate?

    Our standard Elf Kits are designed for one (1) elf, although some of the activities are sharable.

    If you have two or more elves, simply select the kit option for the appropriate number of elves. We'll include additional props for activities where the elves cannot share items.

    Please Note: This is not the same as receiving multiple complete Elf Kits. Only the non-shareable elf props are duplicated.
    How many children does each kit accommodate?

    Our standard Elf Kits are designed for one (1) child, although some of the activities are sharable.

    If you have multiple children, choose the option that matches the number of children in your family. We'll include additional prizes, games, and child-specific activity items so everyone can participate.

    Please Note: This is not the same as receiving multiple complete Elf Kits. Only the child-specific items are duplicated where needed.
    Is an Elf doll included?

    No. The Elf doll is not included with our kits.
    Do the kits include arrival and goodbye letters?

    Yes! Every Elf Kit includes both an Arrival Letter and a Goodbye Letter.

    Our 2026 Elf Kits also include a beautiful 3D Goodbye Card with a removable letter, allowing parents to write a personalized farewell message for an extra-special ending to the Elf season.
    Are setup instructions included?

    Yes! Every activity is individually packaged, labeled by day, and includes:

    • Easy-to-follow setup instructions
    • A sample photo of the completed scene
    • All the materials needed for that day's activity

    Simply open the package for the day and enjoy creating magical moments in just a few minutes.
    How much is shipping?

    FREE Standard Shipping is included on all Elf Kits shipped within the continental United States.

    Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional fee.
    When will my Elf Kit ship?

    Our annual Elf Kits begin shipping in October, giving you plenty of time to prepare before your Elf arrives for the holiday season.

    If you pre-order, we'll ship your kit in October.
    Can I reuse the props?

    Yes! Many of the props and accessories are reusable, allowing you to recreate favorite Elf scenes or come up with brand-new adventures year after year.
