Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order will ship on the estimated date displayed on the product page.
For our annual Elf Kits, pre-orders are expected to ship by the in October each year. If the estimated shipping date changes, customers will be notified by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
- Shipping charges for all other orders, including international orders, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to carrier issues, customs clearance, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
